Our procurement team:

• manage large scale commercial reviews and tenders with third parties, working closely with relevant budget owners. As a public body all our tenders and contracts are fully compliant with OJEU regulations.
• provide specialist commercial expertise to all staff in relation to value for money, supply market intelligence, strategic contract management.
• manage Housing Plus Group’s list of preferred Contractors and on an on going basis we manage the central contracts database, where all contracts formed for the business are listed and reviewed.
• work closely with Housing Plus’s Executive Team members and their teams to ensure full business compliance is achieved against both best practice and procurement legal requirements such as the OJEU Process.
