Coronavirus update

Housing Plus Group is a family and the safety and wellbeing of our customers, colleagues and partners continues to be our number one priority. 

The guidance around the coronavirus pandemic is changing daily, so we are regularly reviewing advice from the government, NHS and Public Health England and making essential changes to our working practices, policies and services.

We are working hard to maintain essential services to our customers and keep them fully informed on how they can keep themselves and their family safe.

Work practices

There are more than 800 people in our organisation and like the majority of other organisations, we have put special emergency measures in place across our Group according to official guidance.  These include:

  • Protecting our staff who deliver essential services
  • Introducing collaborative home working solutions for our support staff 
  • Providing support for staff who are self-isolating
  • Reminding staff to protect our NHS 'stay home, stay safe and save lives'
