The expansion of the Care Plus at Home service into Shropshire has brought opportunities for local people to join a care team rated as one of the best in the country.
In a string of prestigious national awards, Care Plus carers have been in the spotlight for their dedication and the exceptional levels of customer satisfaction they receive.

Some of the carers joining Care Plus don’t come from traditional care backgrounds. “We are more interested in the kind of person you are, rather than your current skills and qualifications. We want to hear from people who are conscientious, reliable, caring, responsible and good listeners. For the right people we can provide all the training and development to help them become excellent carers,” explained Angie Mason.
