Annual Report 2021-22

Our new corporate plan will inform our actions and shape our relationships with partners for the next three years.

With the title Progressive and Resilient Through Change, the plan will enable us to be resilient and progressive at a time of economic volatility and regulatory change. 

Against this backdrop, our plan is to do more.  

Like every business and household, we will be careful with our resources. We will spend wisely to build a stronger organisation. As you will see, though, we remain focussed on providing better homes, improving lives and supporting thriving communities.
