We have launched a See it, report it campaign and made it easier to do that online or by calling us on 0800 048 8955. We respond within two working days to arrange a visit, which should take place no later than seven working days after we receive the report.
A new priority repairs team has been introduced to prioritise any repairs or other work that is needed to address damp and condensation mould.
